Job summary

Sonesta Harbor Court-Baltimore is seeking a part-time Barista to craft hot and cold beverages, take orders, and serve guests with a friendly, personalized touch.

You will open and close the coffee shop, operate espresso machines, greet customers, reconcile daily sales, and help keep the shop clean and stocked. This role may be part or full-time and offers the chance to contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate cash register and POS system accurately.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the coffee shop per procedures.
• Prepare drinks (espresso, coffee, tea) and pastries.
• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly attitude.
• Handle cash and balance till at end of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of supplies.
