Job summary

Soho House Nashville is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and ensure smooth bar operations. You will stock, prep garnishes, clean, and assist with guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in F&B operation or eagerness to learn and deliver results.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of bar and support of the bar staff to ensure guests have a positive experience.
• Assist bartenders and management in maintaining bar presentation and approachability.
• Stock bar with alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and drink mixes.
• Stock non-alcoholic beverages and glassware; maintain cleanliness of bars and liquor rooms.
• Ensure setup for events and replenish paper goods; assist with inventory and PO suggestions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
