Responsibilities

• Replenish paper goods at bars.
• Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars.
• Fill ice bins.
• Stock bars with alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages (soda, juices, carbon dioxide).
• Maintain cleanliness of beer coolers and bars.
• Sweep, mop and take out trash.
• Operate POS system, mix and serve drinks and/or food, and receive gratuities when needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
