• Be familiar with liquor types, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes.
• Know drink recipes, prices, and available beverages.
• Handle cash, manage MICROS or other registers, process payments and tips accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain positive interactions.
• Receive formal liquor liability training within 30 days and refresher every 2 years.
