Part-Time Banquet Server - Hotel Boulderado

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Server to join Hotel Boulderado and its team of hospitality professionals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed
  • Prepare rooms for events: set tablecloths, dishes, silverware
  • Assist in cleaning and organizing after events
  • Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
  • Serve food and drinks during events as required
  • Follow all liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Accommodate reasonable special requests
  • Follow directions from Banquet Captain, Lead Server, or Banquet Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurants, banquets, or hotels
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Effective verbal communication skills
