Job summary

Beaufort Hotel is seeking Banquet Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Our events include weddings, receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and special events held throughout the property.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences through excellent service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Background in banquet or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional guest service throughout events.
• Greet guests and assist with accommodating guest needs during functions.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently during service.
• Assist with buffet, plated, and reception-style meal service.
• Communicate with guests regarding menu items and event service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist with event setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout events.
• Complete side work and assist with preparation for upcoming events.
• Work closely with fellow banquet associates and management to ensure smooth event operations.
