The Beaufort Hotel is seeking an experienced Banquet Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for on-site events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and receptions. The role emphasizes friendly hospitality, professional service, and teamwork in a fast-paced event setting.

We welcome individuals with banquet or event bartending experience, strong knowledge of beverages, and a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.

• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and liquor service.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during banquet and special events.
• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive guest service throughout events.
• Set up and break down banquet bar areas according to event specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar stations and service areas.
• Ensure proper stocking of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and supplies before and during events.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify identification when necessary.
• Work closely with banquet servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth event execution.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately when applicable.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of banquet bar supplies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

The Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and outgoing Banquet Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional service during weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, and special events hosted throughout the hotel.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced event environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in providing professional and friendly hospitality.

Compensation

• Estimated $20- $30 per hour (includes base pay and gratuities)
