Job summary

Deerfield Golf Club in Newark, DE is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to join a fast-paced hospitality team within Troon’s global network. You will deliver outstanding guest service and assist in daily banquet and dining operations, ensuring a memorable experience for members and guests.

This role requires 1-2 years of F&B experience, knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• F&B/a la carte and banquet experience.
• Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform the correct policies and procedures
• Assist with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decoration, equipment, serving areas and related activities in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events/a la carte dining
• Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests
• Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
