Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Part Time Banquet Server for East Peoria, IL. In this role, you'll set up event spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand/walk for entire shift.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders.
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on timing and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism during functions.
• Follow food safety and sanitation policies.
