Responsibilities

• Refill supplies and maintain clean service areas during events.
• Break down and clean event spaces after events.
• Return equipment to storage and report issues to Banquet Captain.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to the BEO.
• Prepare meeting rooms and banquet spaces before guests arrive.
• Set up food and beverage stations, including buffets, coffee, and water.
• Assist with moving tables, chairs, and equipment for room changes.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Serve food and beverages according to event instructions.
• Refill food, beverages, and supplies as needed during the event.
• Keep banquet rooms, service areas, and tables clean and organized.
• Break down and clean up the event space after the event.
• Return equipment and supplies to the proper storage areas and report any issues to the Banquet Captain.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of High School education
Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
Food safety certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Team player
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time management skills

Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
