Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Server to join our team in Lincoln, NE. The role involves setting up banquet spaces, assisting with event service, and ensuring guest satisfaction during events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Food safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to the BEO.
• Prepare meeting rooms and banquet spaces before guests arrive.
• Set up food and beverage stations, including buffets, coffee, and water.
• Assist with moving tables, chairs, and equipment for room changes.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Serve food and beverages according to event instructions.
• Refill food, beverages, and supplies as needed during the event.
• Keep banquet rooms, service areas, and tables clean and organized.
• Break down and clean up the event space after the event.
• Return equipment and supplies to the proper storage areas and report any issues to the Banquet Captain.
