Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service to address their banking needs and inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and report discrepancies immediately.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure security and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to banking products and services to support their financial goals.
• Assist with basic account maintenance tasks such as updating customer information and resolving minor account issues.
• Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
