Job summary

Chase seeks a branch associate in California to provide welcoming, attentive service and banking support. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, and open new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will help clients with day-to-day transactions, promote digital banking tools, and partner with team members to achieve financial goals, while ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Build trusted relationships with genuine care during client interactions.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help, anticipating needs.
• Quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Desire and ability to educate and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones per policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking with digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
