Job summary

Bank First in Monroe, WI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (20 hours/week). As the face of the bank, you’ll assist guests with deposits, accounts, and everyday banking needs, delivering friendly, accurate service.

You’ll handle teller transactions, open and maintain accounts, update customer information, and respond to fraud or unauthorized activity, all while following bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs).
• Process teller transactions and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Update customer information and assist with account research.
• Help guests with fraud or unauthorized transactions.
• Manage debit card requests and safe deposit box services.
• Follow bank policies and federal regulations.
