Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of client-facing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed. Notary license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and Ongoing relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial wellbeing.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and schedules appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy and integrity.

Education

High school diploma or GED

1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients
