Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by assisting with transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients to product knowledge and experts.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while following bank procedures and controls.
