In this part-time role, you will greet clients, open accounts, educate customers on mobile and online banking, and work with branch team members to exceed service expectations while adhering to all policies

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
