TD Bank is seeking a Banking Associate in Laurel, MD to handle everyday banking transactions and provide advice on TD services and tools to help customers reach their financial goals.

The role requires high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of customer-facing experience, with teller experience preferred. Candidates should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and complete required TD training after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience working with customers or equivalent.
• Customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training on hire.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills: concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs a wide range of tasks across a Store location, including processing customer transactions and opening new accounts.
• Delivers end-to-end banking advice and educates customers on products and services.
• Promotes TD products and deepens customer relationships through proactive guidance.
• Supports customer service by identifying financial needs and referring to the appropriate partner.
• Handles everyday banking transactions on teller and platform, educating customers on TD offerings.
