Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening and understanding client needs and collaborating with team.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while following bank policies.
