Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices in line with bank procedures.
