Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing and new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash handling in line with bank procedures.
