As part of Consumer & Community Banking, you will build relationships, work with a team, and help clients achieve their financial goals through practical solutions and attentive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in client service and banking is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by assisting with transactions and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on digital channels like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank procedures.
