Chase is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre Branch to deliver exceptional customer service and support everyday banking needs. Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet, listen to, and assist diverse clients.
• Familiarity with banking products and digital tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and handling lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on Chase Digital tools (Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Support branch operations and adhere to bank procedures.
