Chase is seeking an Associate Banker at the Phillipsburg, NJ Roseberry St branch for a part-time schedule (30 hours). The role focuses on delivering attentive service, guiding clients through banking solutions, and leveraging Chase mobile and online tools to meet customer needs.

You will help with deposits, account opening, and transactions while ensuring compliance and providing excellent client experiences. The team is part of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking division.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and introducing clients to experts to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations such as cash devices handling while adhering to policies.
