Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and introducing clients to specialists for financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and device management, in line with bank policies.
