Chase is hiring an Associate Banker for the Harker Heights branch to deliver welcoming, client-focused service and build trusted relationships with customers. In this 30-hour per week role, you will help clients with everyday banking needs, open accounts, and promote digital tools like Chase Mobile App.

You will work in a team-oriented branch environment, follow bank policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to branch goals by delivering exceptional experiences and solutions for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or a similar role preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate and build relationships with clients.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling responsibilities, in line with bank policies.
