Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a part-time Bank Teller to join the Augusta team. You will handle everyday banking transactions, build trusted relationships with customers, and recommend banking products to enhance customer experience.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, good communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Hours are 20–25 per week, with shifts Monday–Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process everyday banking transactions for customers.
• Monitor and maintain accuracy of own transactions and records.
• Develop trusted relationships with branch customers, partners, and teammates.
• Recommend products and services to customers.
• Comply with bank operational and security procedures.
• Complete any additional branch-specific responsibilities as assigned.
