Heinen’s, Inc. in Bay Village, OH is hiring a part-time Bakery Associate to join our customer-focused team. You will prioritize daily tasks, help with bakery knowledge, and support the department with accurate order writing, stocking, and merchandising while maintaining food safety standards.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a path for promotion, and a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 to $21.00 with benefits including 401(k) and health coverage for eligible associates.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and standards.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of Urgency to meet daily tasks.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work non-traditional five-day schedules including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquire and share knowledge of Bakery Department.
• Write orders accurately with effective pars and planning.
• Collaborate with team to complete daily tasks including stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain food handling and temperature standards.
• Comply with personal and food safety standards.
• Attend corporate meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
