Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and standards.

• Able to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work non-traditional five-day schedules including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquire and share knowledge of Bakery Department.
• Write orders accurately with effective pars and planning.
• Collaborate with team to complete daily tasks including stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain food handling and temperature standards.
• Comply with personal and food safety standards.
• Attend corporate meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
