Qualifications

• Willingness to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, including occasional overtime.
• Willingness to work non-traditional five-day schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings.
• Exposure to extreme conditions, hot or cold when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquire and share knowledge of Bakery Department.
• Write orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Comply with all personal and food safety standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
