Job summary

Responsibilities

Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and comply with personal appearance policy.
Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervisor.
Assist in training other associates when assigned and certified.
Maintain solid communication in the department and throughout the organization.
Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
Support safety standards and report needed equipment repairs.
Develop product knowledge in all bakery department areas.
Observe sanitation and food safety standards; prepare and bake products.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
