Job summary

Cub Lakeville West off Kenwood Trail is seeking a part-time baker/fryer to support the bakery department with wrapping, stocking and customer service. You will help ensure daily sales and a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include preparing and wrapping products, stocking, facing, merchandising and assisting customers. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Equipment operation such as shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer and knives.
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
• On-going customer interaction with prompt, courteous service.
• Good judgment, sometimes without immediate supervision.
• Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Shifts vary in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and wrap bakery product.
• Stock, rotate and face bakery product.
• Perform cleanup of department.
• Assist with department merchandising as directed.
• Assist with customer questions or requests.
