Job summary

UNFI Canada in Lakeville, MN is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Bakery Fryer to contribute to production quality, batter preparation, and safe operating practices.

You will perform baking duties, fry batter, finish fried products, rotate and stock bakery items, set up display cases, assist customers, and wrap or bag products as needed.

This role offers a flexible schedule and weekend availability, with emphasis on teamwork and attention to food safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate bakery equipment and assist in production.
• Able to stand for long periods and walk long distances.
• Willing to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs baking and product preparation.
• Prepares and fries batter.
• Finishes fried products.
• Rotates and stocks bakery products.
• Plan, set, and maintain bakery cases.
• Assists customers with questions or requests.
• Assists in wrapping or bagging products
