Job summary

The GIANT Company in Perkasie, PA is hiring team members for bakery production. You will review the work schedule, prepare equipment and PPE, assemble and bake goods, package and label products, and maintain clean display cases and work surfaces. This on-site role requires U.S.

work authorization, valid ID, and the ability to read, write, and follow safety rules. A 60-day introductory period is required; 50 lb lifting, 4-hour shifts, and regular attendance are expected.

• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools.
• Must perform all job functions safely.

• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for the job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at start of shift, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label products, and clean display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
