Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a Baker to join our team. The baker will prepare pantry items such as fillings, tarts, cakes, pies, and breads while maintaining a sanitary workstation and adhering to restaurant policies.

Reporting to work on time and delivering a superior dining experience are essential. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience, with benefits for full-time associates after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned.
• Preps all food to ensure items are prepared according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards.
• Displays proper food safety techniques in handling and preparation (personal hygiene, hand washing, gloves, knife skills).
• Knows emergency procedures for the restaurant.
• Maintains the highest degree of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety for the work area.
• Accomplishes all job duties while adhering to safety guidelines and reporting any unsafe condition or injury.
