Job Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Follow proper bagging procedures, provide carryout and parcel pickup services, load merchandise into customer vehicles, and return shopping carts to the store.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in required training and work collaboratively to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence in English.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
• Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and handle standardized problems.
• Completion of company's training programs.
