Job summary

TJ Maxx is part of The TJX Companies, Inc. We are seeking a team‑oriented role focused on executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates are processing efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in our store.

You will help maintain a clean, organized store, train Associates on merchandising principles, and coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor while upholding superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Ensures Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
