Responsibilities

Daily Team Orchestration and dispatch planning.
Remotely assign roles, routes, and vehicles by 8:00 AM daily.
Oversee 4x4 vehicles and ATVs for water drops and transport.
Lead weekly Leadership/L-10 style meetings and mentor interns.
Discipline interns in warehouse management and field skills.
Coordinate church volunteers for mission support and outreach.
Ensure radio and satellite communication readiness for backcountry ops.
Maintain knowledge of backcountry navigation and IC protocols.
Oversee logistics and warehouse systems management.
