The Back-End Clerk processes returns, manages procedures related to Centralized Return to Vendor, disposes of items properly, contacts vendors for replacements or credits, and manages freight and merchandising fulfillments. They handle paperwork for shipments, move stock physically, schedule shipments, and verify order accuracy. The role requires frequent communication with customers, vendors, and manufacturers, necessitating organization and attention to detail.
This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or support to neighboring stores.
