Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team while helping families find the right baby and children’s apparel. You’ll train staff on product styles and brand benefits, greet customers warmly, and ensure outstanding customer service on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes a welcoming, inclusive environment, coaching for results, and peak performance during assigned focus areas. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach the store team toward service standards.
• Support store operations and safety controls on the floor.
