Qualifications

• Possession of an FAA Pilot and/or Mechanic Certificate is preferred.
• Two years of experience with an FAA certificate may substitute for the one year of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper working conditions of FAA test equipment standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools for lab projects.
• Assist instructors and fill in as substitute instructor as needed.

Skills

Experience within the aviation industry

Proficiency in basic computer skills

Knowledge of Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Communications

Familiarity with tool and supply inventory management

Education

Bachelor’s degree in aviation-related or other technical field
