Qualifications

• 2+ years of CAD design experience using AutoCAD.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with construction drawings, framing, or structural layouts.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction detailing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed CAD drawings for sunroom projects, including foundation and framing plans.
• Interpret drawings from supervisors, customers, and dealers.
• Modify drawings to meet building codes and project specs.
• Prepare and print job packages for review and approval.
• Assist with engineering calculations and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Design Center and internal engineering team.
• Provide drawings and technical support to dealers statewide.
