Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and safety policies, use PPE to maintain a secure environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
