AutoZone, Inc. seeks a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Ferriday, LA. You will assist customers with automotive parts, provide product recommendations, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include inventory upkeep, safe handling of merchandise, and using diagnostic tools to assist customers. This role offers growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and benefits for AutoZone team members.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Automotive knowledge and prior retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Promote products and promotions to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize the floor, and follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to keep a secure work environment.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with diagnostics as needed.
