Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Charlotte, NC. You will help customers find the right parts, share automotive knowledge, and support the sales process while maintaining store operations and friendly service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing product knowledge, and adherence to safety policies. Flexible scheduling, a focus on growth, and opportunities within a nationwide automotive retailer are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum age: at least 16 years old.
Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Automotive knowledge preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
ASE Certification is a desirable credential.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and provide automotive advice with clear, professional communication.
Collaborate with store team and managers to maintain a motivated environment.
Recommend products, services and promotions to support sales goals.
Restock and organize merchandise; follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure workplace.
Stay informed on automotive parts and promotions through AutoZone systems.
