Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Columbus, OH to support customers with automotive parts and solutions. You will help customers pick products, perform accurate POS transactions, and assist with inventory and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include providing confident recommendations, collaborating with the team, and using diagnostic tools to read codes and guide solutions while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and automotive advice.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and follow proper POS procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE for a secure workplace.
