Job summary

Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Counter Sales Associate in Bridgeport, WV to help customers find the right auto parts and provide excellent service. This role supports both retail and wholesale customers in person, by phone, and online, and involves cash handling and order processing.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Employee discounts and benefits are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in auto parts store or automotive industry or hobby/DIY world preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, and providing information on products.
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and provide support as needed.
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and changes in automotive technology.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.
