Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive parts selection and provide accurate recommendations.
• Collaborate with store team to maintain a motivated, productive environment.
• Suggest products and promotions to help achieve sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves; follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and safety guidelines, using PPE as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AutoZone products, tools, and promotions.
• Assist with diagnostics by using available tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
