Responsibilities

• Taking payments from service and parts customers.
• Closing repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system.
• Compiling and balancing daily parts and service deposits.
• Receipting customer deposits for sales department.
• Answering service phones.
• Making service appointments.
• Assisting service customers when needed.
• Automotive experience is helpful, but training is available for the right person.
• Any other duties assigned by manager.
