Qualifications

• Patience, empathy and a passion for working with students with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and instruction to students with autism in a small group or one-on-one setting.
• Review behavior plans, educational goals, and related services goals.
• Assist with individualized learning plans, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.
• Promote positive behavior and social skills development.
• Collaborate with other staff and therapists to provide a consistent and supportive learning environment.
