Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a part-time Autism Support & Skill Building Specialist (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Atlantic, IA. You will join a dedicated clinical team and assist with skill-building plans while tracking progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and comfort working with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Act as a key member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
